For business process
consulting, we believe that your preferences are the most important
component in the success of any project, and the entire project is built on
those preferences. We
perform an assessment, make recommendations, and develop a project plan with you
so that goals, tasks, and expectations are clear. Since you can't tackle all
the changes at once, we guide you through the process and become the safety net
you need to make the journey.
For technical consulting, we provide services on a
retainer or project basis, arranged to meet your
needs. You decide if you need a block of hours per year or per project.
Technical consulting includes report writing, interface troubleshooting,
contract coding, custom programming and training.

About the founder:
Jodi Bloom is founder and Principal at Bloom
Road Consulting Group. As the senior consultant, she uses her MBA training to
perform the assessments and provide most of the direct training, report writing
and technical support. As a nurse, she practiced clinically 12 years for
hospitals, physician offices and home health services. Working in a variety of settings prepared Jodi to be able to see many
angles of issues that come up in healthcare and especially to understand the
need for communication and management of payor reimbursement.
